Joe and associates went above and beyond to help us with our move to Oregon. They are thorough, dedicated, terrific with quick communication for nervous buyers, and really know what they are doing. They patiently wandered Eugene and its suburbs with six of us in tow to show us many different houses In June, and then held our hands from afar as the process was finished so that we could move in September . We were 1200 miles away as the house was being finished, and they kindly sent update pictures for us to watch the progress. They even went so far as to help my husband unload the truck as the rest of us were a day behind. They are a perfect package of diligence and kindness!

Joe and Jamie truly went the extra mile for us literally and figuratively! We couldnt have asked for a better experience start to finish. Joe is extremely knowledgeable about homes: with his construction background he can assess potential problems with each house and can problem solve solutions just as quickly. He was equally as skilled at the negotiation process, gleaning a sizable reduction in price as well as paid closing costs. Jamie was able to drive very far to do our walk through when we were both working out of town. We highly recommend working with them and their professional team. We are fortunate to have found them!

My wife and I worked with Joe to purchase a home in Albany, and we cannot begin to express how grateful we are for everything they did from start to finish. We were relocating from Texas, so the process started with calling them out of the blue, saying that we would be in town for two days in a week, and asking if they’d show us around. Then, when we discovered that the houses we’d asked him to show him weren’t what we actually wanted, it was “we are here for 1 day, let’s put together a new list”. Then, having found the exact house we wanted, it was “let’s put in an offer, by the way we leave in 12 hours.” After that, the process just got more complicated, but at every step of the way Joe and Jaime were absolutely determined to make sure things were right. Both of them pushed through a ridiculous number of hurdles, and I will wholeheartedly say that without them, our house would have fallen through. I can’t remember how many times we called them for updates, and I’m sure the time difference wasn’t helping their peace of mind! I can’t recommend Joe and Freedom Real Estate Group enough.
